The rooftop bar and pool were really good! I appreciated the free laundry. This was a huge bonus. The room felt clean and airy upon arrival. The shower was excellent, and the bed and linen were comfortable.
The Chromecast did not work, a minor inconvenience that became more noticeable since I spent one whole day sick in the room. It was a shame that such a nice hotel couldn't ensure all Chromecasts were properly configured and working.

The staff was super kind and helpful. I felt welcome. They were attentive and very responsive to my requests, I am grateful. I was provided with excellent service throughout my stay.

The gym was well-equipped, I appreciated the ping pong table too. The common areas downstairs were great for getting work done. I enjoyed the coffee shop. I also appreciated the co-working area.

The hotel is located centrally. It is close to everything, facilitating exploration. Socializing and commuting were very easy to access from this hotel. The city center location added an extra layer of convenience.

I appreciated the VERY helpful staff. The common areas, rooms, and bathrooms were all VERY clean. The location is GREAT, and it is easy to walk everywhere. Plenty of coffee bars are nearby (great for morning caffeine). I enjoyed the activities, like billiards, ping pong, and the gym.
The reception desk was often unmanned.

The room design presented some issues. The sink was oddly placed in the hallway area and lacked natural light. The window only had a full blackout blind. This setup meant I had to choose between total darkness or complete exposure to the building across the street. The staff did not show much interest in helping with issues.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It made city exploration simple. the rooftop bar featured pleasant sunset views. the staff quickly handled an unexpected blackout. This added to my peace of mind. i have already scheduled a return visit for the coming fall. It should be wonderful.
The room lacked a bit of furniture like a closet. This forced us to keep most clothing in suitcases, that was somewhat unconfortable.
